Q: What happens to a claim upon being filed?
A: Claims are forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General pursuant to 4-149. When a "position" is received from the Attorney General or agency involved, the claim will be reviewed and either be decided pursuant to 4-151a, or scheduled for a formal hearing pursuant to 4-151. Claims to be heard by the Commissioner may be subject to a scheduling order.
